Overview
The ADAS Life Support Technician (LST) course builds on the knowledge gained in the Assistant Life Support Technician (ALST) Course. This course covers working safely in a hyperbaric operation, operating life support equipment as part of a team in a saturation diving operation, performing compression, decompression and therapeutic recompression operations, and working safely in offshore diving operations.
This course results in completion of the following Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualification: Certificate IV in Hyperbaric Operations (Saturation system) National Qualification Code: 11006NAT

Student Pre-Requisites
- Students are required to be a qualified diver or have completed a diver top up module.
- Students are required to hold a Diver Medic Certificate OR a current First Aid Certificate. CPR and Oxygen resuscitation skills are required to be refreshed within 12 months prior to concluding in the course
